Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm

The Greater Gabbard Offshore Wind Farm (GGOWF) development comprises an Offshore Wind Farm off the Suffolk coast, adjacent to two sand banks known as Inner Gabbard and Galloper, and associated electrical infrastructure both onshore and offshore, to produce a maximum installed capacity of 500MW. The wind farm comprises one hundred and forty offshore wind turbine generators mounted on monopile foundations and a generator platform.

H2Offshore Engineering B.V. scope of work includes grillage and sea fastening design for the Jacket (860 mT), piles (54”) and Topsides (2100 mT) of the generator platform.
