As a Lead Installation Engineer, you will work in a small team to devise and develop installation procedures. You are innovative, creative and able to set the right priorities.
As Lead Installation Engineer you are responsible for making designs, calculations and procedures necessary for the safe and efficient transport and installation of offshore wind turbine foundations and other components. You identify project risks at an early stage and are able to come up with innovative, safe and efficient installation solutions and work them out in detail. You monitor the quality and ensure that the agreed delivery times are met so that the project can be carried out in the most efficient way. Furthermore, you ensure that the technical solutions comply with international standards, codes and safety regulations.
a completed college and/or university degree in civil engineering, maritime engineering or mechanical engineering;
at least 6 years of relevant experience in preparing complex offshore transport and installation projects;
a small reliable team of professionals;
